  • Why are pavers beneficial?

    • Increased Value: real estate agents say that an interlocking patio or paved driveway increases your property value home over a concrete or asphalt driveway.
    • Durable: pavers are designed to undulate with movement and will not crack.
    • Eco-Friendly:  When laid for a permeable installation, as opposed to non-permeable materials, interlocking paving stones allow natural biological processes to filter run-off before it pollutes our creeks. The interlocking paving stones allow water to drain, and the "good" bacteria, which live between the stones and in the gravel bed below, remove toxins before they reach the bay, creeks, and beaches. Concrete pavers can also be recycled at the end of their lifespan.
    • Versatile: with a wide selection of stones, colors, and styles, pavers offer a large selection of designs. From natural slate textures and the old-world charm of cobbles to the classic style of brick – you will find a look that will work well with your home or business.
    • Simple Repairs: broken or stained pavers are easily removed and replaced. Replacing damaged areas of concrete or asphalt leaves you with an aesthetic blemished area mismatched to the existing area unless you replace the entire surface. With pavers, changing out the ones you need to is simple and no one will ever know. The modular pavers' system allows for easy access for underground repairs, including cables and pipes.
